Mpox is a disease caused by the pox virus. It has some similarities to smallpox, which no longer occurs anywhere in the world. Mpox infection causes fever, headache and muscle aches, swollen glands, and a rash that can look like pimples or blisters.

Do you have, or have you previously had, an autoimmune disease or immunodeficiency syndrome?
Examples of autoimmune disease include (but are not limited to): Type 1 diabetes, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, or Reye’s syndrome.
